Deity Ability System Removal

The Deity Ability System was scheduled to be removed in Early September as part of an ongoing initiative to declutter and remove excessive complexity from the game. Unfortunately the system removal was triggered early as part of the Fear of Eternity game update. Active Deity Abilities, those that required manual charging and casting, were removed. Perks Pending Bonuses window keeps coming back (make it go away)

I went out on a limb and subbed four of my accounts to the perks the week you launched them, after I tested them out on a single account to ensure I thought the price was worth the benefit. Since, I have at least one toon on every account that gets the "Pending Bonuses" window pop up when I switch toons. Flying / running speed only at 88/90%

I logged in after about a week on this character (troubador) and noticed that my running speed with mount was at only 88% and flying speed at 90% That happens with ALL different mounts, without mount I am at 78.9%. My other characters I checked seem to work fine. I am not mentored or anything.

Rejected Agent Resume message

I noticed today that the message for rejected agent resumes does not appear to display anymore. I checked, and my currency window continues to increase, but there is no message in any channel I can find.

Raxxyl's Rousing Tune

The current version of Raxxyl's is insufficient to meet requirements of current raiding. Would like to see it boosted to 5k Crit bonus and 5k Crit bonus overcap scaling to level. I'd also like to see the mitigation around 19,840 scaling for level and a10% healing proc added to it.
