Force reset in zone window

I use the force reset buton in zone window. The zone reset but I could not get in. I received the message: you may not enter an instance created prior to when your previous...etc

Bug in the new box weight change

One of my oldest toons is getting the warning about carrying a strong box, and the -60 speed penalty applied, I have no boxes, of any kind, slotted, or in inventory. Even exporting the toons inventory and grepping for box -v bank, shows all items of name box, are only present in bank slots/house vault. Ive removed all strong boxes from broker slots, and from incoming mail to test, yet I still get the warning and the penalty applied. Re logging had no effect.

Items to spawn contested raid mob are not dropping on Isle of Refuge server

Several raid groups have been running the contested several times a week and we have not seen any of the items dropping for the contested raid zone over the last few weeks. A previous suggestion to make this a weekly quest to get the items seems to be a better idea. The items were very rare drops to begin with but they are not dropping at all now.

Beta Reward

While i understand that you have to work with a very low budget, that obviously does not allow to employ a q&a team, i do not understand that you do betas which you expect to be tested by your customers who pay money but you do not reward them for a job that a q and a team is for. It costs you nothing to give out virtual rewards. Beta is empty and i think this is one of the reasons why.
