Deity Ability System Removal

The Deity Ability System was scheduled to be removed in Early September as part of an ongoing initiative to declutter and remove excessive complexity from the game. Unfortunately the system removal was triggered early as part of the Fear of Eternity game update. Active Deity Abilities, those that required manual charging and casting, were removed. Seems to be a new merchant, spotted one in Qeynos Harbor near Murrar Shar. He (Ogor the Happy) is selling stuff for Norrathian Fable... books? Where do we get those bookses? Is this something that is part of the prelude? Part of the season festival thingies?

Aegolism

Aegolism needs a rework due to the mercs switching from cboc to cb again. I'd like to see the 126 spell have 5.5k CB with an additional 5.5k cboc scaling to level. I'd like it to gain a matching amount of weapon damage bonus and weapon damage bonus overcap also scaling for level. I'd also like the aa to make this raidwide instead of just groupwide, this would bring its utility in line with modern raid expectations and allow Templars to contribute more meaningfully across the board. Can someone who have the 545 gloves and the rune confirm if they effects both stack? Or is it one effect only?
