AA Respec Cost Isnt' Scaling Properly

Im having issues with The Dirty Explosives quest

So, I've gotten to the part where I need to create the explosives to get the little bugger out of the debris, and after 2 times creating the explosives, they still have yet to hit my bag so I can blow things up and progress with the questline. Is it bugged orrrrr am I missing something? Other than the explosives that I keep making and they keep disappearing.

Cures for shamans

I would love to get a 2nd group cure with all the current dots in raid content. And maybe a touch more dps? Less bleed through for Higher tears of a spell? just stuff I would love to see happen.

Are warden good group healers ?

Mine still lvl 100, so I don't want to get him to lvl cap and find that nobody want me.

Flawless buff/supremacy buff

@Caith what is the intention going forward for the buffs? Will they go away, something new come back? Four months until the expac and some guidance now would be great. We need to know if we will need to get our alts the achievements, cause that will be fun, but for them to remain useful we need to know. @Kander @Mint just trying to make sure a few devs are tagged to know that the community would like to know ahead of time while we have a little time left to work it...
